In Catherine’s senior high school yearbook, a classmate she considered to be one of the “cool kids” wrote “I can honestly say you are one of the kindest people I have ever met”, and that comment from an acquaintance was one of the most impactful compliments Catherine has ever received.

Catherine has always been a little intense. Fresh out of college, Catherine commissioned in the U.S. Air Force and tried her hand as a pilot trainee, and then went on to do space-based missile warning, rocket launches, and is now the chief operations officer of LYT Yoga Inc., while still serving the U.S. Air Force as a Reservist Space Operations Officer.

What ties all of these things together? Leadership, compassion, and organization- which is what brings Catherine to kindcore! Of all the things she has accomplished, being told she is remembered for being kind is one of her most prized achievements, and she aims to use her skills to help get kindcore up and running and help to bring more kindness, purpose, and impact to this big beautiful world!
